1979 - 1983
Certainly the most memorable of any Windy City rag, thanks to its colorful name and equally colorful covers. Early issues are particularly scarce with the debut being absurdly limited to 16 numbered copies. In addition to the color copy process covers, black & white "promo covers" were issued for #3, #4 and #5 in an apparent bid to save cash on giveaways. Issue #6 included a silkscreened cover with multiple color schemes and typefaces. Offset litho took hold starting with issue #7 with only one return to silkscreening for issue #11.
